摘　　要：目的 对东莞市一种无明胶冻干水痘减毒活疫苗接种后不良反应的发生情况进行分析,为免疫策略的制定提供依据. 方法 于接种后30 min、6h、24 h、48 h、72 h、4～10 d对受种者进行随访,通过电话或自动报告监测不良反应发生情况;所有受种者接种后情况均登记在《冻干水痘减毒活疫苗接种安全观察登记表》,使用Excel2003和SPSS13.0进行分析. 结果 2011年7月26日-2012年9月30日,东莞市无明胶冻干水痘减毒活疫苗接种后不良反应发生率为4.46/万,病例在不同性别及不同年龄组间的不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义.大多数（76.19％）为异常反应,多为（86.36％）24 h内出现症状,以皮疹为主要表现. 结论 东莞市无明胶冻干水痘减毒活疫苗接种后产生的不良反应以轻症为主,接种安全性较高.Objective To analyze the situation of adverse events following a gelatin-free freeze-dried live attenuated varicella vaccine and provide reference for formulating immunization strategy in Dongguan City.Methods The occurrence of adverse events was monitored by tclephone or automatic reports within 30 min,6 h,24 h,48 h,72 h,and 4-10 d after the inoculation.The situation after vaccination was registered in the safety observation registration form.Excel 2003 was used for descriptive analysis,and SPSS 13.0 was used for chi-square test.Results The incidence rate of the adverse events of gelatinfree freeze-dried live attenuated varicella vaccine was 4.46/10,000 in Dongguan City from July 26th,2011 to September 30th,2012.No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence rate of adverse events between different genders and among different age groups.76.19％ of adverse events were abnormal reactions which mostly appeared within 24-hour and rash was the main manifestation.Conclusions Most of the adverse events are mild symptoms in Dongguan City.The results suggest that the gelatin-free freeze-dried live attenuated varicella vaccine is safe.
