摘  要:针对现有的高空玻璃幕墙服役期质量检测与监控技术的不足,提出了一种基于超声无损探伤技术的高空玻璃幕墙质量监控系统。通过Labview软件设计出的控制及分析界面,实现对爬壁机器人及平台搭载设备的控制;设计了便于高空开展工作的机器人平台结构,确定了满足系统检测要求的采样频率;研究了超声去噪和缺陷诊断的计算方法,并开发了一套玻璃幕墙服役质量跟踪监控软件,实验结果良好。To solve the problems of the technology about quality test and inspect in use of upper glass wall,a system of monitoring and control of upper glass wall Based on Ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology is prosposed.The controlling and analysising window which is designed with Labview can control the wall-climbing robot and the equipment which was displaced on the robot. The mechanical structure of the robot was designed and applied to perform in upper space better.The sampling frenquency was determined to meet the test requirement of the system.The caculating method of removing Ultrasonic noises and diagnosing defects was reaserched.And a set of software was developed to track and monitor the quality of the glass wall in use.The tese result is well.
