摘 要:藏品管理系统是数字博物馆系统的核心业务系统,但在市场上却较难找到既现成适用、又持续适应国家文物局颁布的博物馆管理最新数据标准的相关系统。针对上述需求,探索基于XML技术的藏品管理系统的整体架构和功能,重点讨论XML技术在藏品描述机制、系统配置管理和元数据互操作等三个方面的应用,并借助XML技术的开放性、自我描述性、互操作性和可扩展性等优点,使藏品管理系统拥有可自定义编目、功能、流程、界面的灵活特性,最终实现一套可定制的、可扩展的、支持异构资源的博物馆藏品管理系统。A collection management system is the core business system for digital museum system, but it is difficult to find in the market a related system which is readily applicable and continually adapting to the latest data standards for museum management issued by the State Administration of Cultural Heritages. In response to the above needs, in this paper we explore the overall architecture and function of the collections management system which is based on XML technology, the focus is put on three aspects of the application of XML technology in collection description mechanism, system configuration management and metadata interoperation, and with the help of XML technology in its advantages of openness, self-descriptive, interoperability and sealability, etc. , we make the collections management system have the flexible nature in self-defined cataloguing, functions, processes and interface, and ultimately realise a set of customisable and scalable museum collection management system supporting the heterogeneous resources.
