基于产业链成本收益分析视角剖析羊肉价格

摘　　要：为了准确掌握羊肉的价格形成、传导机制以及羊肉产业链各个环节的成本收益,以抽样调查和典型调查相结合的形式,对肉羊的养殖、收购、屠宰加工、批发及零售等产业链各环节的相关主体进行了深入调查。基于产业链视角,运用价格理论剖析了羊肉价格形成的过程以及各环节经营主体的成本收益情况。研究结果表明,羊肉价格上涨是多环节共同作用的结果,肉羊从养殖到屠宰最后进入销售环节,成本主要产生在肉羊养殖环节,加工和其他流通环节的成本占比不是很大。此外,各环节的利润在不同经营主体之间的分配由高到低依次为屠宰厂、加工商、收购贩运商、零售商、批发商、养殖户。In order to accurately grasp the lamb price formation, conduction mechanisms, and sheep industry chain costs and benefits, the paper combines survey sampling and typical case survey and conducts an in-depth investigation of relevant entities of various links in industry chain such as farming, acquisitions, slaughter and processing, wholesale and retail. Based on the perspective of industry chain, the paper uses price theory to analyze the lamb price formation process and the various oper- ating entities＇ cost and benefit. The results show that rising lamb prices is the result of multi-link, with costs mainly generated in sheep farming processes. In addition, profits are distributed among different business entities in descending order of slaugh- tering plants, processors, acquisition traffickers, retailers, wholesalers and farmers.
