导游人员资格考试考生职业认同、考试动机与从业意愿关系研究

摘　　要：导游人员资格考试制度是我国导游职业准入的重要制度。文章对我国现行导游人员资格考试制度下考生的职业认同、考试动机、从业意愿及其关系进行了探索性研究。研究结果表明,考生的职业认同度较高、从业意愿较低,考试动机多样,除了就业动机外还存在功利与能力动机。考生的职业认同对考试动机、从业意愿具有预测作用,考试动机中的就业与专业动机在职业认同与从业意愿的关系中起着部分中介作用。该研究成果对完善我国导游人员资格考试制度与提升导游人员队伍职业素养具有参考价值。The system of qualification examination for tour guide is an important one for the occupation admittance of tour guide in China.The paper tries to explore the level and relationship of professional identification,examination motivation and desire to work of examinee＇s taking the qualification examination for tour guide.The result indicates that examinee＇s professional identification is higher,desire to work is lower,examination motivation is diverse and some examinees have the utilitarian and ability motivations except for employment.The examinee＇s professional identification has the function of prediction to examination motivation and desire to work.The employment and specialty motivation and dimension of examination motivation play the part of the intermediary role between the relations of professional identification and desire to work of examinees.The article contributes to perfect the system of qualification examination for the tour guide and improve the tour guide＇s professional quality.
