摘　　要：电视民生新闻经过十几年的发展,内涵有了丰富的拓展。从传播学角度审视电视民生新闻的民众构成,以平民为主的传播内容,以市民为主的受众定位,以公民参与的传者构成,是当今民生新闻中民众的独特构成。After more than ten years development,the meaning of TV news on people＇s livelihood has been extended. From the perspective of communication of constitutes the people in TV news on people＇s livelihood,content-based dissemination of civilians, citizen-based audience targeting, communicators form of public participation, which are features of the TV news on people＇s livelihood nowadays.
