摘  要:对比研究了邢台煤、兖州煤、苍铁煤和抚顺煤等4种气煤与迁焦大同煤和吴官屯煤等2种弱粘结煤对配煤结焦性能的影响。结果表明,气煤和弱粘结煤对配煤结焦性能的影响与其粘结指数无关,而与其Rmax和MBI相关。气煤和弱粘结煤的Rmax越高,其对配煤结焦性能的贡献越大;MBI越高,其对配煤结焦性能的副作用越明显。气煤和弱粘结煤对配煤结焦性能的影响取决于Rmax和MBI中作用较强的因素。Based on the research of the influence of four gas coals such as Xingtai, Yanzhou, Cangtie, Fushun and two weakly caking coals ( Qianjiao Datong and WU Guantun) on the coking ability of blend coal of Shougang, it was found that the difference of their contribution to coking ability of blend coal is mainly controlled by their rank (Rmax) and MBI ( Mineral matter Basicity Index). It was found that higher Rmax of gas coal or weakly caking coal will result in better contribution to the coking ability of blend coal, but higher MBI of them will result in lower coking ability of blend coal which they belong to. Both the influence of MBI and rank on the coking ability of blend coal are very obvious, and the final influence of them on the coking ability of blend coal relies on the stronger one.
