村庄合并中文化整合的研究

摘　　要：发展文化是强国之路,在城乡发展一体化背景下的村庄合并中,文化整合发挥着促进文化创新、增强村社内部凝聚力、丰富居民精神文化生活等重要作用。针对村庄合并中存在的消亡村落文化流失、新建村社文化冲突等文化整合问题,从政府重视、村民意识、资金投入、规范公约、氛围环境5个角度提出完善文化整合的对策建议。Promoting cultural development is a way to enhance the national strength.With some villages merger in the background of urban-rural unified development,cultural integration plays a significant role in promoting culture innovation,increasing community internal cohesion,and enriching residents’ spiritual and cultural life.To solve the problems of culture integration such as culture disappearances with villages vanishing and culture conflicts in new communities,this paper puts forward five suggestions from the perspective of government’s attention,villagers’ consciousness,capital input,convention and environmental atmosphere.
