摘　　要：生产物流贯穿着企业生产的全过程,对企业发展起着关键的作用,越来越多的制造企业开始采用降低物流成本以增加盈利的方式,物流成为企业的"第三利润源"。通过分析制造企业在生产物流管理方面存在的问题,力求运用科学的手法对如何改善和优化生产物流系统提出建议。Production logistics runs through the entire production and plays a primary role in the development of enterprises,so more enterprises pay increasing attention to the reduction of logistics cost and regard logistics as the third source of profits.The article analyses the problems of production logistics in manufacturing enterprises and proposes some scientific measures on how to optimize the system of production logistics.
