摘　　要：作为早期中国驻外使臣,崔国因的《出使美日秘日记》记录了当时美洲地区,尤其是美国的政治、经济、军事、历史地理、风俗人情以及科学技术等内容,并处在国际大环境中,从国内外相关情形对比中,对中外贸易、世界军备竞赛、美国排华运动、中国边疆危机以及经济建设经验等问题发表了一些意见。Cui Guoyin,an ambassador in Qing Dynasty,records in his The Secret Diary of Ambassador to America and Japan the politics,economy,military,history and geography,customs and science of America at that time and discusses the international trade,military race worldwide,Chinese exclusion movement,China’s border crisis and economic construction in the international context.
