摘  要:2011年6月5日云广直流工程孤岛调试期间,直流线路发生故障造成双极相继闭锁。分析了事故发生经过和原因,认为在极Ⅱ遭受雷击后,极Ⅰ保护系统内的电流变化量满足滤波器差动保护定值,导致差动保护动作,同时避雷器的动作电流触发了高速中性母线开关保护动作。为此,提出了优化直流滤波器差动保护的保护定值,调整直流线路行波保护相关判据,消除阀组旁路开关合闸放电电流影响等措施。实践证明所提的措施能从根本上避免此类事故发生。After analyzing the process and cause of the accident of bipolar successive blocking which caused by DC line fault during "06. 05" islanded testing in Yunnan-Guangdong + 800 kV DC transmission project, the paper points out that the differential current in the DC filter of pole I meets the relay setting of DC filter differential protection after pole ]l hit by lightning, and leads to the pro- tection action, and then the leaky current of the arrester triggers the high-speed neutral bus switch (HSNBS) protection. Hence, some effective measures such as optimizing the setting value of DC filter differential protection, adjusting the criterion of DC line wave front travelling protection, and eliminating the influence of leaky current caused by the closing of the valve group bypass switch (BPS) are given. Actual system operating proves the measures can avoid the similar accident fundamentally.
