摘  要:通过电网调度中心实时数据在线统计,比较了RTU与PMU曲线的相似程度和实时差异,发现在同一物理测点,直采RTU与PMU数据延迟小于1 s;RTU与PMU的有功、电流幅值、电压幅值差异小于2%者居多,RTU与PMU的无功差异一般在5%40%之间。分析显示,在电力系统分析计算中可以直接使用PMU的电流、电压瞬时量和有功量测数据;但应避免直接使用PMU电流、电压的相角信息和有选择地使用PMU的无功量测数据。建议通过定期检定来修正PMU角度补偿参数来提高相量测量的精度。With the online real-time statistical data from the dispatching centers of power system, the similarity and real-time differ-ence between RTU and PMU measurements are compared in this paper, and it is found that the data of RTU and PMU from straight telemetered measurements at a physical site are in difference with 1 s of time delay; the differences of active power, current magni- tude and voltage magnitude between PMU and RTU are generally less than 2% ; but that of reactive power between the two devices u- sually range from 5 %-40%. The analysis shows that in the calculation of power system, the measurement data of active power, cur-rent magnitude and voltage magnitude from PMU can be used directly, but that of current angle and voltage angle should not be used directly while that of reactive power should be used selectively. It is proposed to improve the accuracy of PMU phase angle measure-ments through periodically checking and adjusting of the phase angle compensation parameters.
