摘 要:优化复合绝缘子结构,探讨场强、电位分布均匀性一直以来是一项重要的研究课题。通过ANSYS仿真软件建模,分析了复合绝缘子伞裙根部厚度与倾角大小对场强分布的影响。结果表明:增大复合绝缘子伞裙根部厚度,金具与护套连接处最大场强值、高压端与低压端金具处前3片绝缘子场强数值均随着增大;金具与护套连接处最大场强随着伞裙倾角度数增大而减小,但高压端与低压端金具前几片绝缘子场强数值随着增大,伞裙倾角变化与否对复合绝缘子电位分布值无根本性影响;理论上伞裙根部厚度取值12 mm、倾角取值10°较为适宜。The optimization of composite insulator structure over the field strength and the potential distribution uniformity have been on focus so far. Building up models with ANSYS( a simulation software), this paper analyzes the inpact of the sheds root thickness and inclination size of composite insulator on fiekd intensity distribution. The results show : ( 1 ) As the composite insulator sheds root thickness increasing, the maximum field strength value at fitting jacket connection becomes larger, and the field strengths of the first three insulator pieces between the high-voltage and low-voltage sides of the fittings are increasing too. (2) As the umbrella skirt incli- nation degree increasing, the maximum field strength at fittings and the sheds connection is decreasing, but the field strengths of the first several insulator pieces between the high-voltage and low-voltage sides of the fittings becomes larger. However, the potential dis-tribution of the composite insulators is not affected by the inclination side. ( 3 ) Theoretically, it is better to choose the values of the umbrella skirt root thickness and the dip angle as 12 mm and 10°respectively.
