摘　　要：目的:研制一种武警部队遂行多样化卫勤任务时专用的医疗设备装载车,实现集成度高、机动性强、装载设备齐全、操作方便等功能。方法:选用东风EQ2102军用越野底盘,大板方厢结构。采用抽拉式设备框架,车辆尾部配备升降装置,便于大型装备的取放。结果:医疗设备装载车集成了武警卫勤分队的全部医疗设备、器材、病床、防疫设备医疗背囊、药品耗材、网架式卫生帐篷等,所有装备按照功能、体积、质量分类存放,有效解决了目前机动性差、装备耗材不集中的问题。结论:医疗设备装载车的研制成功,缩短了遂行多样化军事任务时的卫勤准备时间,提高了卫勤分队的快速反应能力和现场救治质量,具有很高的军事价值。Objective To develop a special medical equipment loader of CAPF with high integration, mobility, compatibility and easy operation. Methods The loader adopted Dongfeng EQ2102 military cross-country chassis, plate-type compartment and drawing-out equipment bracket, and there＇s also jacking device at the tail end of the loader for large-scale equipment. Results The loader realized the integration of six types and 29 sub-types of medical equipment of medical unit of CAPF, including the instruments, bed, medical pack for epidemic prevention, drugs, consumables, net-type medical tent and etc. All the equipment was laid out according to the function, volume and weight, and thus the problems in mobility and integration were solved. Conclusion The loader of CAPF shortens the readiness time during the medical support for multiple military mission, and enhances the abilities for rapid response and field treatment of the medical unit.
