器械清洗质量标准及操作规程对教学与培训效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:了解通过专业培训的供应室清洗人员对专业知识的掌握程度。方法:对某院消毒供应室12名清洗人员进行清洗质量意识问卷调查,内容包括自我防护意识、清洗重要性意识、质量控制意识。结果:清洗人员自我防护意识差:清洗时被扎伤就医的比例仅为83%、清洗时眼睛被溅报告护士长的比例仅为83%。质量控制意识差:了解酶液清洗器械是否需要一用一换的比例仅为33%、了解2遍酶洗才能洗干净器械的比例仅为33%。结论:供应室清洗人员自我防护意识、质量控制意识差,因此在以清洗质量标准及操作规程为基础的教学中,还应增加供应室通用培训知识和商家继续教育培训需要掌握的内容,从而提高清洗人员的清洗意识,在自我保护意识提高的基础上更好地保证清洗质量。Objective To understand the familiarity of surgical supply staffs with the professional knowledge. Methods Staff questionnaire was carried out about instrument cleaning, including the awareness for self protection, importance of instrument cleaning and quality control. Results The awareness of the staffs was not so good, so that the staffs had the rate of turning to doctor was only 83% when got punctured, and the rate of informing charge nurse was also 83% when the water splashed into the eyes. The staffs did not behave well in quality control either, so as that only 33% of the staffs knew the enzyme solution was disposable, and also 33% of the staffs comprehended that the instrument had to be cleaned with enzyme solution at least two times. Conclusion The surgical supply staffs have to enhance the awareness of sell protection and quality control by involving common knowledge and vendor in the teaching based on instrument cleaning quality criteria and operating instruction.
