气田水回注井井身结构完整性评价方法初探

摘　　要：气田水回注井井身结构的完整性是影响气田水回注安全风险的重要工艺因素。通过井身结构的完整性评价,可预先避免气田水向其他地层渗漏或者返出地表,引发环境污染或者影响邻井生产的安全环保事故发生。文章从回注井固井质量、套管结构、腐蚀状况及剩余强度等几个方面,探讨了回注井井身结构完整性的评价方法,为回注井的选井以及新钻回注井井身结构要求提供参考。利用这种评价方法,对川东气田回注井井身结构完整性进行了评价,并基于这些评价结果,加强了对可能存在挤毁风险井段的腐蚀状况检测,加强了对这些井段的防腐措施,并采取封隔环空加保护液、套管补强等措施,预防套管发生挤毁。实践表明,这些措施对维护回注井井身结构的完整性起到了很好的作用。The casing program integrity of gas field water reinjection well is the important technology factor,which affects the safety of gas field water reinjection.Through the evaluation of casing program integrity,it could avoid gas field water leaking or returning to surface in advance,otherwise it would pollute the environment or affect the production of adjacent well.The integrity evaluation methods of casing program were discussed from cementing quality,casing structure,corrosion,residual intensity of reinjection well and so on,it could provide a reference for the selection of the reinjection well and the casing program of the new well.Using this method,the casing program of reinjection well in Chuandong gas field was evaluated,meanwhile,the corrosion detection of collapse risk well section was strengthened,and some corrosion control measures were put forward to prevent casing collapsing.It was showed that these measures would play a good role in protecting the integrity of casing program for reinjection well.
