摘  要:针对大北、克深超深高压裂缝性砂岩储层改造的"三高"难题(施工泵压高、压裂液性能要求高、砂堵风险高),研究了降低井口施工泵压的对策,通过研发耐高温加重压裂液体系,配置大通径管柱结构,优选小粒径高强度支撑剂,配套高压施工设备和井口,应用小型测试压裂技术、支撑剂段塞技术、酸预处理技术等压前预处理技术,配合加砂压裂现场实施控制,形成了超深高压裂缝性砂岩储层改造技术,在大北、克深气田取得较好的增产改造效果。According to the 'three high'problems,such as high pump pressure,high requirement of fracturing fluid and high risk of sand out existent in ultradeep high pressure fractured reservoirs of Dabei and Keshen area,the countermeasures of reducing wellhead pump pressure were studied,the sand fracturing technology suited for ultradeep high pressure fractured reservoirs was formed by developing high temperature weighting fracturing fluid,collocating big drift diameter tubular construction,optimizing little grain size and histrength proppant,supporting high pressure construction equipment,and applying pre-processing technologies before fracturing,including mini frac,proppant slug and acid preprocessing and so on,and field application results showed that the fracturing technology had preferable increase production effect.
