变螺距双螺旋气锚的研制与应用

摘　　要：为了解决高气油比油井采用有杆泵抽油方式生产时泵效不高的问题,研制了变螺距双螺旋气锚。变螺距双螺旋气锚利用离心效应使气泡聚合的原理进行油气分离,该气锚采用双螺旋结构,螺距从大到小依次连续递减,同时设计了特殊的排气结构。相对于常规的螺旋气锚,变螺距双螺旋气锚的螺旋距离较长,提供了更多的油气分离时间,单位螺旋长度的压力损失少,而且适应不同产液量的油井。现场应用表明,该气锚平均提高泵效10.7%,取得了较好的应用效果。In order to solve low pump efficiency in the rod pumping wells with high gas/oil ratio,a double-helical gas anchor with variable pitch was developed.It has double-helical structure,pitch with continuously decreasing sequence and special exhaust structure.Compared with conventional spiral gas anchor,the distance between helixes of double-helical gas anchor with variable pitch were longer.It provided more oil and gas separation time,less pressure loss in the unit length of the helix,and adapted to different liquid production wells.The field application showed that average pump efficiency of the gas anchor could improve 10.7%,its application effect was better.
