摘 要:在实验室四辊轧机上装备液压工作辊横移和液压弯辊机构,将普通外圆磨床改造成数控磨床;利用独自开发的CVC辊型设计软件,磨削出CVC工作辊辊型。通过轧制实验表明,改造后的轧机有很强的板形和板凸度控制能力。板凸度的变化与工作辊横移距离及弯辊力大小呈线性关系,与板宽呈抛物线关系。A conventional 4-high pilot mill were modernized by equipping with hydraulic work roll shifting system and roll bending system. The work roll contour of CVC mill were designed with the software developed by the authors. A common cylindrical grinder were converted into a numericallly controlled one with which CVC rolls were ground successfully. A series of experiments has been performed on the new CVC mill. The results show that the CVC mill is highly efficient in the control of strip profile and flatness. The change of strip crown is in direct proportion with work roll shifting distances and roll bending force and the square of strip width. These conclusions are important for the construction of control model for CVC mill.
