复方钩藤降压宁片治疗高血压病阴虚阳亢、瘀血阻络证患者临床研究  

Study of Compound Goutengjiangyaning Pill on Hypertension Cases with Yinxuyangkang and Yuxuezuluo Syndrome

摘　　要：目的观察复方钩藤降压宁片对高血压病阴虚阳亢、瘀血阻络证患者的临床疗效及对脂联素(APN)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)作用机理探讨。方法按标准选入高血压病阴虚阳亢、瘀血阻络证住院患者60例,随机分为两组,两组各选病例30例。治疗组口服复方钩藤降压宁片,每次4片,每日3次;对照组予替米沙坦,每片40 mg,每日1片,晨起后服用。两组连续用药4周后,观察中医症状变化、收缩压及舒张压的变化及APN、Hcy检查变化,统计其临床疗效。两组治疗4周。结果治疗后,两组总有效率无明显差异(P>0.05)。同时两组收缩压、舒张压、APN及Hcy均明显优于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗1周和2周,两组收缩压及舒张压均有明显差异(P<0.05或0.01),其余两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医证候积分方面,两组治疗后均明显改善(P<0.01),但治疗组改善程度优于对照组。结论复方钩藤降压宁片在降血压、改善APN、Hcy水平与替米沙坦疗效水平相当,但在改善中医证候积分方面明显优于替米沙坦。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and the mechamism of Compound Goutengjiangyaning Pill on hypertension cases with the syndrome. Methods： According to the standard, 60 patients were divide into two parts such as the treatment＇ group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The treatment group was used the Compound Gouten^iangyaning Pill and the control group was used＇ the telmisartan tablets. After 4 weeks,some indices were observed such as the symptom of TCM,the SBP,the DBP,the Adi and the Hcy. Results： After 4 weeks,there were no statistical differences in the blood pressure,the APN and the Hcy between the treatment group and the control group （P〉 0.05）. However,the improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compound Gouten^iangyaning Pill has the fairly ef- ficacy level with telmisartan in decrease blood pressure. However,it is better of the Compound Gouten^iangyan- ing Pill in the TCM syndrome improvments.
