参芪扶正注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭有效性及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料库(2013年第2期)、Pubmed(1966年至2013年6月)、Embase(1966年至2013年6月)、中国(CNKI)学术文献总库(1979年至2013年6月)、万方数字化期刊库(1981年至2013年6月)、中文科技期刊数据库(1989年至2013年6月),按纳入与排除标准选择随机对照试验、评价质量,提取资料,并用Rev Man 5.2软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果共初检出182篇文献,经筛选最终纳入11篇关于参芪扶正注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的随机对照研究。以心功能改善为疗效尺度:χ2=4.28,df=10,P=0.93,合并OR=3.53,95%CI[2.35,5.29],Z=6.09(P<0.00001)。结论参芪扶正注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭安全有效。Objective： To approach the efficacy and safety of Shenqifuzheng Injection in chronic congestive heart failure. Methods： Electronic searches were performed using the Coehrane Central Register of Controlled Trials （Issue2,2013）, Pubmed （ 1966 to June, 2013 ）, Embase （ 1966 to June, 2013 ）, CNKI （ 1979 to June, 2013 ）, Wan- fang（ 1981 to June, 2013 ）, VIP （ 1989 to June, 2013）. Randomized controlled trials （RCTs） were screened the re- trieved studies according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The quality of included studies was evalu- ated and used by RevMan 5.2 software for meta analysis. Results： 11 papers from 182 articles were finally in- cluded. With the heart function as the effect seales,xE=4.28,df=lO,P= 0.93,The pooled OR and 95%CI were 3.53 （2.35,5.29）. The Z value was 6.09 （P〈 0.00001 ）. Conclusion： Shenqifuzheng Injection is effective and safe in treating chronic congestive heart failure.
