摘  要:快速、准确、高效的护理服务是急诊医疗体系中的重要组成部分。本文在阐述急诊科护士长的自身素质要求、护理人员技术的培训、严格的急诊科护理管理制度及岗位责任制度的基础上,探讨较大城市三甲医院建立以护士长领导下护理组长负责制及岗位责任制为核心的各项管理制度对急诊科整体医疗水平提高的效应。The fast,accurate and efficient care was an important part of the emergency medical system. This pa- per was based on the quality requirements of the head nurse in the emergency department,the nursing staff tech- nology training and the strict management system for emergency department care and job responsibility. It was used to improve the effect of the level of overall health care of the emergency department through establishment of the management system with the nursing team leader responsibility and job responsibility as the core under the leadership of matron in top three hospital of larger city.
