摘 要:采用热模拟试验研究底吹N_2/CO_2条件上喷嘴区的化学反应行为。发现镁碳质套砖对底枪有渗碳作用。底部供气强度低、熔池升温速度快及底枪渗碳造成喷嘴堵塞。喷嘴区的气体(CO_2)-液体(钢水)-固体(耐火材料、不锈钢管)三相之间的化学反应,使喷嘴区产生的异质带——结瘤物在高温时被吹熔,构成堵塞-熔融循环而导致底枪蚀损。建议开发不渗碳的底枪材质或在底枪上施以防氧化、防渗碳的涂层。A hot simulative experiment has been carried out in order to examine behaviour of chemical reactions proceeded around metallic nozzle under conditions of bottom blowing N_2/CO_2. It was found that carburization of the metallic nozzle by magnesite-carbon brick occurred. The low gas flow rate, fast rise of bath tempefature and nozzle carburization lead to nozzle clogging. Because of three-phase chemical reactions [(gas(CO_2) around the nozzle-liquid (liquid steel)-solid (refractory, stainless steel)], the heterogeneous zone(clogged material) forms near the nozzle, but at high temperature the clogged material melts. The melting of clogged material brings about the nozzle erosion. The authors suggest that it is necessary to develop a non-carburizing nozzle material or a nozzle coating for resistance to oxidation and carburization.
