摘  要:通过对PVC-U内管的八边形中空夹层钢管混凝土柱三个轴心受压构件的试验研究,分析了PVC-U内管的破坏形态和破坏发生的原因.根据轴心受压时PVC-U内管的荷载—变形曲线,对数据进行计算分析,获得了PVC-U内管与核心混凝土间相互作用力随荷载变化的曲线,PVC-U内管提供构件总承载力的比例较小约为3%左右,因此在实际工程应用中,建议PVC-U内管提供的承载力可以不计入构件的总承载力,而作为一种承载力储备.最后,概括了PVC-U内管代替内钢管在工程上应用的优缺点.By the experiments with three specimens of octagonal concrete-filled steel tube with embedded PVC-U tube under axial compression, the failure patterns and the failure reasons of the PVC-U inner tube are investigated. Based on the tested load - deformation curves and the analysis of the test data, the relations of interaction between PVC-LI inner tube and core concrete to the load are obtained. PVC-U inner tuhe can provide only a small proportion (about 3%) of the total carrying capacity of the members, so it is recommended that, for practical application, the bearing capacity of the inner tube of PVC-U could not be included in the total carrying capacity of the concrete-filled steel tube members, but could be treated as a bearing capacity reservation. Then, the advantages and disadvantages of PVC-U inner tube taking the place of steel inner tube are discussed.
