摘  要:为了提高油气田射孔可燃固弹筒的高温强度,确保全通径射孔技术的安全可靠性,分析了高温条件下影响可燃固弹筒力学性能的诸多因素。影响因素主要有两个方面:胶粘剂系统的性能和固体组分与胶粘剂的有效粘合。采用模拟石油井和组分对比试验的方法,获得适用于石油井下高温环境的新型可燃固弹筒的配方组成及模拟试验结果,试验结果证明:此种可燃固弹筒完全可以满足石油井下高温环境的使用要求,解决了多年以来一直制约全通径射孔工艺发展的技术瓶颈。In order to improve the high temperature strength of the combustible perforating charge carrier during perforating process in oil and gas field,which could raise the safety and reliability of full-bore perforating technology,various factors that may influence the mechanical properties of combustible perforating charge carrier under high temperature conditions were analyzed in this paper.The factors mainly consisted of two aspects:the performance of the adhesive system and the effective adhesion between the solid component and the adhesive.With simulation of petroleum well and comparison tests of components,the formula composition of the new combustible perforating charge carrier and the simulation results were obtained in this paper,which was applicable to the high temperature environment at the bottom of the petroleum well.The results demonstrate that the new combustible perforating charge carrier canfully satisfiedthe requirements of high temperature environment at the bottom of oil well,and the technical bottleneckof restricting the development of full-bore perforating technology was solved.
