摘 要:地下洞室群爆破开挖会产生大量的粉尘,对作业人员和环境产生较大危害,故有必要研究适合地下洞室群开挖的降尘方法。为此,采用现场试验的方法,在某地下洞室群开挖工程中利用粉尘浓度仪分别测试了采用爆炸水雾降尘方法与不采用降尘措施的爆后粉尘浓度,并对测试结果进行了比较和分析。结果表明,爆炸水雾降尘法具有较明显的降尘效果,爆后15 min后粉尘浓度降低到10 mg/m3以下。所采用的材料成本不高,且爆后易回收。因此该方法经济、环保,适合在地下洞库开挖中推广应用。The blasting excavations of underground group caverns induced large amounts of dusts,which jeopardized the health of workers and the working environment.Thus it is necessary to study the dust-reduction method under such conditions.In this paper,in-situ experiment was carried out in an excavation project of underground group caverns.The dust density after blasting with the dust-reduction method by using spray induced by blast and with no dust-reduction measures were tested.The measured data were compared and analyzed.The results show that this dust-reduction method decreased dust density below 10 mg/m3 in 15 minutes after blasting.The materials adopted in this method were not expensive and easy to be recycled after blasting.Therefore,the method was economic and appropriate for application in the blasting excavations of underground group caverns.
