大直径柔性金属软管在备用燃烧器管道上的应用

摘　　要：针对澳方及南昌院设计的Ausmelt炉备用燃烧器金属工艺管道不能使用的情况,提出了采用柔性金属软管,替代角位移补偿器的方案,确定了柔性金属软管的参数、安装型式、规格及结构要求,经使用效果非常好。Due to Ausmelt furnace spare burner metal piping can not be used designed by Australia and China Nerin Engineering Co., LTD, the paper uses flexible metal hose to replace the angular displace- ment compensator, confirms parameters, installation type, specification and structural requirements of flexible metal hose, it takes good effect at last.
