摘　　要：本文分析了带式输送机使用过程中的问题及产生原因,提出了新的设计方案,着重解决了粘料和跑偏问题,延长了输送带使用寿命。实践证明,此型式输送机可应用于生产。The main problems and corresponding causations of the belt conveyor are analyzed in the arti- cle. A new designing scheme is proposed, and it solved the material sticking and belt running deviation problems successfully. The service life of the belt is greatly extended. The results of its application show that it can be used widely.
