摘  要:针对传统火炮手轮力测试方法工作效率低,采用电测法可以获取操作过程中力的变化情况,且操作方便。火炮手轮手柄上被施加了各种力和力矩,通过对手轮力的分析讨论了扭矩测量法测量手轮力的测试原理,设计了一种基于存储测试方法的扭矩测量装置,该装置具有体积小,功耗低,操作方便,适合于恶劣环境下扭矩信号的数据采集。实验结果表明:系统的测量误差在5%以内,可实现手轮力的实时测量,当对手柄施加匀速力时,能准确地换算出手轮力;当对手柄施加变化的力时,需要同时测量手轮转动的角加速度才能准确换算出手轮力。A convenient method, electrical measurement,is able to acquire the changing process of operating force. Compared with traditional ways, the new method is dramatically efficient and effective. As a matter of fact, many sorts of forces and torques are loaded on the handle of artillery hand wheel. The essay designs a torque measure- ment system based on a memory test method. The device, small volume,low power consumption and convenient op- eration, can take charge of acquiring torque signal in the terrible situation. As the experiment shows that the error is less than 5% and the system could measure in real time. When uniform force is loaded on the handle, it is easy to get hand wheel force accurately by measuring uniform force only. But when the force loaded on the handle is con-tinually changeable, it is necessary to test the angular acceleration as well.
