摘　　要：装备的维修训练是平时和战时的一项重要内容,基于实装的维修训练无法锻炼操作人员应对突发事件的处理能力。提出一种模拟故障的设置方法,采用继电器开关模拟电路故障现象,在关键信号点引出测试点,并放置指示灯,操作人员按照相关提示信息进行维修训练,将有效提高操作人员的维修训练水平和对装备的保障能力。Equipment maintenance training is an important part of the peacetime and wartime. Maintenance training based on real equipment can not exercise the processing ability of the operator to respond to emergencies. A simulated failure setting method is proposed, it uses the relay to simulate circuit fault phenomena, leads test points in key signal location and places indicators. Operators implement maintenance training in accordance with the relevant message, effectively improve the maintenance level of the operating personnel and equipment support capability.
