摘  要:目的测定和比较高血脂症大鼠给予降血脂中药绞股蓝和西药阿托伐他汀前后12个组织器官中Cr、Mg、Zn和Cu 4种金属元素的变化,对金属元素含量变化与高血脂症的关系进行探讨。方法使用湿法消解进行消样处理,采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收分光光度法对大鼠12个组织器官中Cr、Mg、Zn和Cu元素的含量进行测定。结果高血脂症大鼠给药前后组织器官中金属元素含量有显著变化,其中m(Zn)∶m(Cu)的变化最为显著。结论Cr、Mg、Zn和Cu 4种元素均与高血脂症病发相关。给予中药绞股蓝、西药阿托伐他汀治疗后,对大鼠器官中金属元素含量变化有一定改善作用,且中药对于金属元素的改善作用优于西药。Objective To determine and compare the contents of metal elements Cr, Mg, Zn and Cu in rat or- gans and tissues of hyperlipidemia before and after administration of traditional Chinese medicine and west- ern anti-hyperlipidemia drugs, and discuss the relationship between change of element and hyperglycemia. Methods Wet-digestion methods were adopted to digest the samples, and the contents of Cr, Mg, Zn and Cu in 12 organs and tissues of rats were determined by FAAS. Results The method established was suitable for analysis, metal elements in organs and tissues of hyperlipidemia rats before and after given drugs had signifi- cant change, especially Zn/Cu. Conclusions Cr, Mg, Zn and Cu have relationships with hyperlipidemia, and atorvastatin as well as gynostemma pentaphyllum have improvement on the content changes of metal ele- ments in rat organs and tissues;further more, traditional Chinese medicine has a better improvement on the contents of metal elements than western medicine.
