摘　　要：随着中国热带农业科学院科研事业的不断发展,试验场作为其最大的科研基地作用和地位越来越突出重要,提升科研服务水平已成为试验场当前重要工作内容之一。基于此,从提升科研服务人员素质、提高橡胶生产管理水平和完善科研服务管理机制等3个方面论述试验场提升科研服务质量的方法。With the continuous development and improve of Chinese tropical agricultural academy of tropical agricultural scientific research level, as one of the biggest scientific research base,the status and action of experimental field become more and more important. Improving the scientific research service level has become one of the important content of experimental field. Based on this, this paper elaborates from three aspects, for example promoting the scientific research service personnel quality, improving the management level of rubber production and improving the scientific research service management mecha- nism and so on.
