摘　　要：对测量不确定度陈述,包括测量不确定度的评定类型及测量不确定度分量及其计算和合成,还应包括数学模型、概率分布函数的类型、自由度、和包含因子及与各个量相关的测量不确定度。The statement on uncertainty of measurement includes the assessment types of measurement uncertainty, the measure- ment uncertainty components and their calculation and synthesis. It should also include the mathematical models ; the type of probabili- ty distribution function, the degree of freedom, and the measurement uncertainty that related to the factor as well as each amount.
