摘　　要：HMI(人机接口系统)用于生产线工艺与自动化控制系统中参数的设定、状态显示、故障报警、工艺操作,及设备的在线调试、维护等功能。本文以鞍钢莆田冷轧HMI系统应用情况为背景,从硬件组成、软件实现、通讯处理及功能配置上总结分析了冷轧HMI系统的组成、通讯及功能。HMI （human -computer interface ） is used in industry automation parameter settings, dis- play, fault alarm, technologic operation as well as the corresponding device online commissioning and maintenance etc. The study takes Angang cold -rolled HMI system application as background, and ana- lyzes the components, communication and functions of HMI system in Putian Cold Strip Rolling Mill from hardware structure, software implementation, communication handling and functions configuration
