摘　　要：为改善产品质量,提高莱钢小型合金钢棒材产品市场竞争力,针对生产中存在的问题,通过优化孔型系统,重新设计翻钢板,改进导卫装置,实现了生产工艺和产品质量的优化升级,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。In order to ensure the product quality, improve the market competitiveness of small-sized al- loy steel bar product, the study aimed at those production problems, took such actions as optimizing the pass system, redesigning the turning plate, improving guide system. As a result, the purpose of smooth production and improved product quality is realized.
