提高90t钢包透气砖使用寿命的生产实践

摘　　要：钢包透气砖是LF精炼炉的关键耐火材料,透气砖的使用寿命及吹氩搅拌效果对钢的质量有着直接影响。本文针对90t钢包透气砖在使用过程中出现的问题,分析了影响透气砖使用寿命的因素并提出了相应的改进措施,使透气砖平均使用寿命由原来的6.25次提高到6.8次,透气砖透气率由92%提高到了100%,满足了正常生产的要求。The porous plug brick is the key refractory material for LF, and the service life of porous plug bricks and blowing argon stirring have a direct effect on steel quality. This article focuses on the problems with porous plug bricks occurred in the process of 90t LF, and analyzes the influence factors on life-span of bricks and puts forward relevant improvement measures. As a result, the average service life of porous plug bricks is increased from 6.25 times up to 6.8 times, and permeability is increased from 92% to 100% , and production demand is met.
