摘  要:鞍钢空压站供给高炉的压缩空气压力低且波动大,时常不能满足现场要求。通过增加脱湿器、在空压机的进水总管接补水装置、在气液分离器入口前和除尘器出口后使用直管道等方法,达到了既可提高压缩空气压力又可保证压力稳定的效果。The pressure of compressed air used for BF usually can't satisfy on-site demand in Ansteel. The reasons were deeply analyzed. And the measures of increasing and stabilization of compressed air's pressure were put forward, such as installing new moisture eliminators, connecting water supplementing unit at the main water inlet of the compressor, using straight pipe at the inlet side of gas-liquid separator and out side of dedusting unit.
