摘　　要：对安钢3号高炉开炉达产生产实践进行了总结分析。以快速均匀提高炉缸热量为基础,以安全顺利出好第一次铁水为关键,以合理安排炉料,控制煤气流分布为保证,以精心准备,稳步推进,项目管理为手段,实现了高炉开炉达产。The paper introduces the main production experiences on startup and realization of target out- put in No. 3 blast furnace of Anyang Steel. Some measures are taken as follows ： the foundation is rapid and uniform hearth beating up, the key is to secure the smooth tapping of the first liquid iron, the guar- anteeing measure is rational arranging the burden and controlling gas flow distribution, the means is care- ful preparation, steady progress and project management. These make target output of No. 3 blast furnace smoothly realized.
