摘 要:目的观察石荠苧提取物对流感病毒感染小鼠氧自由基损伤的预防作用。方法建立小鼠流感病毒性肺炎的生物模型,用不同剂量石荠苧提取物灌胃给药,检测小鼠肺指数、肺组织病毒载量并观察其病理形态变化,测定肺组织匀浆丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)活性。结果石荠苧提取物能明显降低感染小鼠肺指数和病毒载量,减轻肺组织病变程度及过氧化水平。结论石荠苧提取物可通过抑制流感病毒性肺炎小鼠脂质过氧化水平及氧自由基损伤而发挥保护作用。Objective To observe the preventive effects of Mosla Scabra extracts (MSE) on the oxygen free radical injury in influenza virus infected mice. Methods The mice biological model of influenza viral pneumonia was established. The different doses of MSE were given by gavage administration. The lung index and pulmonary tissue viral load were detected. The pathological morphological changes were observed. The malondialdehyde(MDA) level in the pulmonary tissue homogenate and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glu- tathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and induced nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) were determined. Results MSE could significantly reduce the lung index and pulmonary viral load in the infected mice, alleviated the lung tissue lesion severity and peroxide level. Conclusion MSE can play the protective role by inhibiting the lipid peroxidation level and the oxygen free radical in- jury in influenza virus infected mice.
