高效液相色谱法测定颈康胶囊中二苯乙烯苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定颈康胶囊中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Lichrom C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为320 nm。结果2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷进样量在0.027~0.432μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.86%,RSD=1.42%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确,可用于颈康胶囊中何首乌的质量控制。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography~.Hl：＇LC） method tor the determination of the content of 2, 3,5,4＇ - tetrahydroxy - stilbene - 2 - O - 13 - D - glucoside in Gingkang Capsules. Methods The separation was achieved on the Lichrom C^s column（250 mm x4.6 ram,5 I^m） with acetonitrile- water （15：85） as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 320 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results There was a good linear relationship（ r =0. 999 9） in the concentration range of 0. 027-0. 432 txg for 2, 3, 5,4＇ - tetrahydroxy - stilbene - 2 - O - [5 - D - glucoside. The mean recovery rate was 98.86% （ n = 6） with RSD = 1.42%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Gingkang Capsules.
