摘　　要：目的分析暴发性急性胰腺炎用药方案,探讨临床药师对暴发性急性胰腺炎的药学监护点。方法对1例暴发性急性胰腺炎患者进行药学监护。结果临床药师可在有效循环血量、营养支持、胰腺休息及抗感染药物等方面对患者进行药学监护,避免潜在的用药风险。结论临床药师参与暴发性急性胰腺炎药物治疗,有利于对患者进行个体化治疗,提高药物治疗水平。Objective To analyze the medication scheme of tulminant acute pancreatitis （FAP） and to discuss the pharmaceutical care point of clinical pharmacist on FAP. Methods 1 case of FAP was performed the pharmaceutical care. Results The clinical pharmacist can carry out the pharmaceutical care on the FAP patients in the aspects of effective circulating blood volume,nutrition,pancreatic？rest and anti- infective drugs for avoiding the potential risk of medication.
