摘　　要：目的探讨医院400例次苦碟子注射液治疗冠心病住院患者的连续输注药品特点,为冠心病治疗使用苦碟子注射液与合并用药的相互作用研究提供数据支持。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2012年4月就诊的400例次应用苦碟子注射液治疗冠心病住院患者的主要合并用药,重点分析用药前后连续输注其他药品情况。结果21.25%患者在苦碟子注射液输注前后未连续输注其他药品,66.50%患者连续输注了其他药品。结论应用苦碟子注射液治疗冠心病住院患者用药前或后多数患者存在连续输注其他药品情况。Objective To investigate the characteristics of 400 cases- times of Kudiezi Injection as continuous injection drugs in treating the inpatients with coronary artery disease, to provide the data support for the study on the interaction of Kudiezi Injection and combined drugs in treating coronary heart disease. Methods The retrospective analysis was perfomred on four hundred inpatients with coronary heart disease from January to April 2012 were trected with Kudiezi Injection as the main combined drug, in which the emphasis was the situation of continuous infusion of other drugs before and after medication. Results 21.25% inpatients had no continuous infusion of other drugs before and after infusion of Kudiezi Injection,while 66.5% inpatients were continuously infused other drugs. Conclusion Continuous infusion of other drugs exists before and after using Kudiezi Injection in treating the inpatients with coronary heart disease.
