摘 要:通过共沉淀法合成了锌铝水滑石,并煅烧得到其对应的锌铝混合氧化物。利用X射线粉末衍射对其结构进行表征,实验结果证明合成产物具有典型的水滑石层状特征,且晶体结构完善。将两者分别用于醇解废弃PET催化剂,比较可知锌铝混合氧化物的催化活性明显优于其对应前驱体,同时该反应条件下醇解反应满足一级反应条件。对醇解产物进行FT-IR,DSC表征,证明醇解产物为BHET,且纯度较高。Zn/Al hydrotalcite was prepared by coprecipitation processes, and the sample was calcined to obtain corresponding mixed oxide. Zn/Al hydrotalcite and mixed oxide were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction. It was confirmed that the materials had hydrotalcite structure. Compared with the corresponding precursor, Zn/Al mixed oxide exhibited better catalytic activity for glycolysis reaction. The kinetics of glycolysis of PET in the presence of Zn/Al mixed oxide as catalyst is interpreted by first-order reaction kinetics model. The glycolysis product was identified by FT-IR and DSC. The experimental results showed that the BHET monomer was predominately glycolysis product and had high purity.
