腾冲县2009～2012年肺结核患者特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解腾冲县2009～2012年肺结核登记患者特征,分析患病特点,为制定中国边境地区结核病防控策略提供依据。方法下载腾冲县2009～2012年经胸部X光、CT、DR、PPD、痰检(+)(痰涂片检查)确诊并进(报)入疫情报告系统的肺结核病人登记资料,剔除县外诊断报告的本地患者及本县诊断的外地患者,将患者年龄分为<20岁,20～29,30～39,40～49,50～59岁,≥60岁6组,并根据不同性别、职业、民族等肺结核患者的流行特征进行统计和分析。结果腾冲县2009～2012年共报告本县肺结核患者717例,总患病率为27.4/10万。平均患病年龄40.6岁,其中20～40岁组患者构成比最高,占46%(331/717)。男性患者占69.6%(499/717),且患病率是女性患者的2.29倍;农民和民工患者占82.8%(594/717);少数民族占7.5%(54/717),其中傈僳族和景颇族患病率较高,为58.2/10万。结论腾冲县肺结核患者在其年龄、性别、职业及民族分布上具有统计学差异,今后应基于患者的人口学特征加以分类防治管理。Objective To understand the characteristics and epidemiological features of tuberculosis （TB）patients in Tengchong County from 2009 to 2012a. Methods The historically recorded data of TB patients confirmed by X radiation, CT, and DR,PPD and sputum culture in national online ease reporting system were collected and the cases reported by nonlocal units or organizations were excluded. The case was classified into 6 age groups including〈20,20-29,30-39,40~49, 50-59, 1〉60. Results A total of 717 TB patients were included, and the prevalence was 27.4/100000. The average age of cases infected with TB was 40.6 years and the highest proportion of TB patients was in the age group of 20-40 years accounted for 46.0% （331/717 ）. Male eases accounted for 69.6% （499/7 I7 ）, 2.29 ： 1 times higher than females, and 82.8% of the cases were Farmers and farmer workers 594/717）,7.5% （54/717）of them were minority group. Conclusions Significant differences were observed among TB cases number in age, gender,and occupation ,ethnic group distribution in Tengehong County.Thus stratified management and guidance in TB control is indicated based on the demographic characteristics of TB eases in the future.
