摘 要:针对目前采用分立元件构成的通信开关电源可靠性低、可维修性差的问题,对通信开关电源整流器进行底层模块化划分。根据我国GJB/Z 91-1997军标手册,提出5种可维修性评价指标,并参照美军标准手册MIL-HDBK-472,分析了5种指标之间的促进关系,通过建模论述了2种不同方案构成的通信开关电源可维修性优劣。结果表明,基于底层模块化的开关电源具有更好的维修性。Aiming at the problem of low reliability and weak maintainabihty for the switching mode power supply based on discrete devices, the rectifier of the switching mode power supply is divided into independent modules. Five evaluation indexes are proposed refer to the GJB/Z 91-1997 standard manual, and the promotion relationships among the five indexes are analyzed based on the US army standard manual MIL-HDBK-472. The merits and drawbacks of maintainability of switching mode power supply maintainability based on two different methods are discussed through modeling and analysis. The results show that the switching mode power supply based on bottom modularization possesses better maintainability.
