摘　　要：马克思的平均利润率理论,说明了平均利润率不仅不违背价值规律,而且反而要以价值规律为基础来形成。本文从规律的客观性、规律不是直接的现实、规律的形成和显现是一个长期的过程、正确理解"按客观规律办事"的含义四个方面,对平均利润率规律乃至一般经济规律理论的哲学意蕴作了深入的探讨。Marx＇ s Law of Average Profit Margin indicated that the average profit margin is not only in accordance with the Law of Value, but also takes this value as the foundation in its formation. This paper interpreted the implications of four aspects ： law＇ s objectivity, law＇ s indirect reality, the long process of law＇ s formation and appearance, and ＂doing everything according to the objective law＂, and then discussed the philosophical implications of the average profit margin and the general theory of economic law.
