摘　　要：自然保护区与生物多样性信息共享是生物多样性保护和生物资源持续利用的基础性关键工作。“自然保护区与生物多样性信息共享”专题改造和完善了全国自然保护区数据库、全国自然保护区多媒体数据库、全国自然保护区电子分布图、中国生态旅游数据库、中国生物多样性元数据库、生物安全文献数据库 ;建立了基于Internet的Intranet和Web服务器 ;采用ASP、ADO、SQL、ODBC、WebGIS技术 ,实现了数据库与Web服务器的动态连接 ,建成了全国自然保护区数据查询和统计工具、全国自然保护区多媒体信息查询工具、全国自然保护区WebGIS查询工具、中国生态旅游信息查询工具、中国生物多样性元数据查询和录入工具、生物安全文献查询工具 ;实现上网共享信息 60 0余M ,其中数据 1 0 3M ,数据全部集中共享 ;完成了生物技术改性活体环境影响评价指标、风险评估技术准则、风险管理规范、中华人民共和国生物安全管理条例的研究报告。Information sharing of nature reserves and biodiversity is the key fundamental work of biodiversity conservation and biological resource sustainable utilization. In the project of 'Nature Reserve and Biodiversity Information Sharing', the Nationwide Nature Reserve Database, the Nationwide Nature Reserve Multimedia Database, the Nationwide Electronic Nature Reserve Map, China Ecotourism Database, China Biodiversity Metadatabase, and the Biosafety Database were updated and perfected; the Intranet and Web server based on the Internet are established; the techniques of ASP, ADO, SQL, ODBC, Web GIS are employed to realize the connectivity of databases to Web server, and to establish the Nationwide Nature Reserve Data Query and Statistical Tool, the Nationwide Nature Reserve Multimedia Information Query Tool, the Nationwide Nature Reserve Web GIS Query Tool, China Ecotourism Information Query Tool, China Biodiversity Metadata Query and Input Tool, and the Biosafety Literature Query Tool; information that is accessible to the Internet are more than 600Mb, including 103 Mb data which are submitted to the project manager; the reports on environmental impact assessment index, risk assessment technical guideline, risk management guideline, and biosafety regulation for Living Modified Organisms (LMOs) are compiled.
