女性雄激素性秃发患者的生活质量及米诺地尔对改善生活质量的调查

摘　　要：目的：了解女性雄激素性秃发（androgenicalopecia，AGA）患者的生活质量并明确外用米诺地尔溶液能否改善女性患者的生活质量。方法：125例女性AGA患者，年龄16～72岁，在使用米诺地尔6个月治疗前均填写了视觉模拟评分表（visualanalogscale，VAS）~皮肤病生活质量调查表（dermatologylifequalityindex，DLQI），31例患者完成12个月的治疗并再次填写量表。统计分析患者生活质量的改变。结果：125例患者脱发严重程度与DLQI及VAS评分有相关性，DLQI与VAS评分亦有负相关；31例患者VAS及DLQI在治疗前后差异具有统计学意义；疗效好及疗效差的分组在DLQI及VAS评分上差异无统计学意义。结论：AGA严重影响女性患者生活质量，DLQI及VAS量表可以用于评估脱发患者的生活质量，米诺地尔则有助于改善患者生活质量。Objective： To survey the quality of life （QOL） in females with androgenic alopecia （AGA） and ascertain whether topical minoxidi] can improve the QOL in these patients. Methods： One hundred twenty-five female AGA patients aged 16-72 years were given questionnaires on the visual analog scale （VAS） and dermatology life quality index （DLQI） before the treat- ment with minoxidil （2 ml/day）. Thirty-one patients completed the 12-month treatment and post-treal~,ment questionnaires. The changes in QOL index and VAS were analyzed. Results： One hundred twenty-five patients showed the association of AGA severity with QOL index and VAS. QOL index was negatively correlated with VAS. Both VAS and DLQI indices were signifi- cantly improved in 31 patients following minoxidil treatment. The improvement of VAS and DLQI indices was not associated with the therapeutic efficiency. Conelusion： AGA has a significant negative impact on QOL in female patients, DLQI and VAS are valuable tools for the evaluation of QOL in AGA patients, topical minoxidil can improve the QOL in these patients.
