卡介菌多糖核酸联合膦甲酸钠治疗频发性生殖器疱疹38例

摘　　要：目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸联合膦甲酸钠治疗频发性生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法将70例频发性生殖器疱疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例,对照组32例。两组均予膦甲酸钠注射液1.94g静滴1次/d,连续14d,治疗组患者同时肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸1mL,隔日1次,连续2个月。治疗后观察疾病痊愈及复发情况,随访1年。结果治疗组痊愈时间(3.6±0.7)d,对照组痊愈时间(4.8±1.0)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);1年后治疗组复发率31.58%,对照组68.75%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合膦甲酸钠能缩短生殖器疱疹皮损愈合时间,降低频发性生殖器疱疹的复发率。Objective To observe the efficacy of BCG-PSN combined with foscarnet for frequent genital herpes. Meth- ods Seventy cases of frequent genital herpes were randomly divided into 2 groups. All the patients were giv- en 1.94g foscarnet intravenous infusion（ once daily） for 14 days, meanwhile, the patients in the treatment group were treated with intramuscular injection of lmL BCG-PSN once eve13, other day for 2 months. Its effi- cacy and recurrence were observed and followed up for 1 year. Results The recovery time of treatment group was （ 3.6 ＋ 0.7 ） d and the control group was （4.8 ＋ 1.0） d, The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01） ;the recurrence rate of treatment group after one year was 31.58% , it was 68.75% in the control group, the difference had statistically significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion BCG-PSN combined with foscar- net in treating patients with frequent genital herpes can shorten healing time, and reduce the recurrence rate.
