成人still病听觉系统损害1例

摘　　要：1病例报告患者，男，44岁。1996年6月因一次洗澡后发热（体温39℃），伴畏寒、寒战、全身肌肉及骨关节疼痛，无皮疹及皮肤瘙痒。于当地医院行“抗炎”治疗后自觉症状好转，未作相关实验室检查。此后患者反复出现上述症状，体温波动于38～40℃，每次发热伴双耳鸣、听力轻度下降，无眩晕，热退即耳鸣消失，但听力无明显恢复，自觉程度不重。Summary In this case report, we reported a case of adult still＇s disease with hearing imparement. The pa- tient, male, 44 years old, he get a high grade fever（39℃） after hath, accompanying with chills, shiver, muscles and joint pain in June 1996. And meanwhile, accompanying with fever and tinnitus, relatively mild sensorineural hearing loss in both ears. Tympanometry displayed binaural A type. ABR showed wave V latency period was ex tended in left ear, Ⅲ , Ⅴ-wave latency and Ⅰ-Ⅲ , Ⅰ-Ⅴperiod were extended in right ear. Auxiliary examina- tion showed Anti Pm-scl antibody（＋＋） anti AN, Anti ＂O＂ were negative, IgE was 1.3 × 10^4 U/L; Bone marrow aspiration displayed the number of granulocyte was increasing greatly; blood culture was negative.
